The uploaded theme is available in the themes page. In the File Upload prompt, browse and select a theme package on your computer and click Upload. In the Themes page, click Create > File Upload. When you upload the downloaded theme and adaptive form to an AEM Forms server, then upload the related custom template also. If you download a theme that has an adaptive form associated to it and the associated adaptive form is based on a custom template, then also download the custom template.
